The work
When I led go-to-market for Bazaarvoice in three new APAC markets, I listened first: how buying decisions got made in each market, who was in the room, what proof people needed before they trusted something new. Then I adapted the positioning and go-to-market to what I heard.
That work at Bazaarvoice beat sales targets by 180%, grew regional revenue 47%, and lifted retention 23%. I presented the strategy to the CEO, CFO, CMO, and Board. Since 2017 I've run Galpern Growth, advising B2B SaaS and consumer brands on positioning, launches, and go-to-market, using AI-enabled research with human judgment at the center.
